Biography

Madison Donnelly is a certified physician assistant specializing in obstetrics and gynecology at Community Care OB/GYN in Latham, NY. Originally from East Brunswick, NJ, Madison moved to Long Island for college and graduate school, earning both her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies in Hempstead, NY.

Madison has been passionate about medicine since her teens, attending a high school focused on biomedical sciences and cultivating a lifelong dedication to patient care. Her career spans multiple fields, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and she brings this broad experience to her women’s health practice. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, the New York State Society of Physician Associates, and the Association of PAs in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Madison’s clinical interests include women’s health, patient advocacy for historically underrepresented groups, and supporting NICU families.

Madison approaches every patient interaction with empathy and thoughtfulness. She puts herself in the patient’s place, listens carefully, and addresses concerns in thorough detail, striving to ease anxiety and ensure every patient feels heard. She provides care with dignity, compassion, and integrity, treating each patient as a unique individual and working to make their day a little brighter. Madison believes in being there for her patients through the good times and the bad, never shying away from a challenge.

Outside work, Madison enjoys baking, experimenting with new recipes, and crafting, including knitting, sewing, and diamond art. She donates hand-knitted baby blankets to local charities and has volunteered with organizations such as Parkland Children’s Hospital, Warm Up America, and Project Linus.
